By now, anyone who reads this blog or know me at all knows that I
am crazy about waffles, it is just the easiest thing to make and yet taste
heavenly. So last week I wanted to eat waffle but not real waffle so I decided
to fool my brain by making eggs in waffle iron to just give my brain the
illusion it needs to satisfy my craving for a waffle, and guess what it worked
pretty well :D
I just made simple olive omelette and cooked in the waffle iron,
for some reason the waffle iron makes the eggs rise and become so fluffy so I
started to use the iron more often to make omelette.
